Sra. Diaz's First Grade Dual Immersion celebrated Día de Los Reyes with the traditional Mexican bread Rosca de Reyes. They also got to enjoy two Puerto Rican stories and the Reyes left them a little present at Sra. Diaz’s house. The Wisemen follow her wherever she goes!

New York Times Best-Selling Author Visit

Submitted by arlene.haymond on

Recently, Mrs. Crook’s class was honored with a virtual author visit from Jennifer Nielsen who is the New York Times best-selling author of the False Prince as well as many other amazing books. She talked to the students about her experiences as a writer and publishing books. Then she opened it up for questions from the students. She was enjoyable and inspiring. The class loved every minute of it. Thank you, Jennifer Nielsen!
