Hank Smith Assembly

It was a delight to have Hank Smith visit our school today. He taught the students about making good choices, boundaries and not crossing other people’s boundaries. Talking about chickens and the “pecking” order, he said we should not be a “bystander” when we see someone being “pecked”/picked on; we should be an “up-stander.” When someone is being “pecked” on, they are like a bag of chips; the outside of the bag/person looks normal/fine, but the chips/person on the inside is getting crushed. Thank you Hank Smith for the great assemblies!
