Thoughts from our faculty about Mr. Bingham and Mrs. Monson:

Mr. B is pretty famous at Westside! He's always ready with a high five, a smile, and a "how are you doing?" He visits classes and gives students empowerment lessons, and ways to deal with problems. He interacts with students at lunch and recess. Mr. B. is always available to confer with teachers as well.

Mrs. Monson is a great asset to our school. She cares about each student and helps them in the best way possible.

Mr. Bingham is aware of students' needs and concerns. He calmly works with students while building relationships of trust.

Mrs. Monson is a great support and friend to the students and teachers in our school. She works so hard to help the students who need her help and the teachers who need her help. She doesn't give up. when things don't go as planned with our challenged and challenging students, she tries something new again and again until finds the right solution to the problems we are having. She is a great addition to our school! I'm so thankful for her and her dedication!

Mr. B is a ray of sunshine where ever he is. He has a way of making everyone feel important and leaving a lasting impression on the people around him. He worked at my own children's school when they were little. My daughter and oldest son (now 22 and 20 years old) still remember him with fondness all these years later.  We're so blessed to have him at our school.  Love you Mr. B!

Mrs. Monson is always willing to help and has an upbeat personality!

The students look forward to going and seeing Mr Bingham.

Mrs Monson is amazing with our students! I love what she does for them. We are so lucky to have her.

Mr. Bingham loves every student at the school. He has dedicated his life to making kids feel happy and safe at Westside. Mr. Bingham reminds me of the elves in the story of the Elves and the Shoemaker. He goes around the school and secretly does little things that make a big difference.

Mrs. Monson works so hard for our school. She comes in every morning with a smile and bounce to her step. She leaves each afternoon with a smile but is oh so tired. She is the hardest working intern Psychologist ever. Westside students are lucky to have another person in their lives that loves them so much.

Thank you for all you do for our students, teachers, and everyone in our community!
