Thank you Veterans for all your courage, dedication, and hard work. Thank you to the military families for their support, resilience, and sacrifice. We don't know you all, but we owe you all. Thank you for your service.

Stop by and look at our Veterans Wall. Students brought photos and descriptions about Veterans from their families.

The Spanish Dual Language Immersion classes at Westside Elementary celebrated the Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos) Tuesday, November 2. They colored calaveras (skulls) and esqueletos (skeletons). Some students chose to make an ofrenda (altar) to honor a loved one who has passed away. They also enjoyed a traditional Mexican sweet bread called Pan de Muerto.
