• Bid Pack #4 (the new Spring Acre Park) is out to bid.

• All trades are ongoing.

• The design for the new onsite tennis courts is complete.

• Masonry and building concrete are ongoing.

• All trades are on track and ongoing.

• Site concrete is being poured.

• The plans for Bid Pack #4 (the new Spring Acre Park) will go out for bid on January 20th.

Overview as of December, 2024

• Masonry and concrete are ongoing.

• All trades are on track and ongoing.

• Irrigation pumping system is installed.

Overview as of November, 2024

• All on grade concrete has been poured.

• 70% of the second floor concrete has been poured.

• Red Devil Drive asphalt is installed. The road is still closed to the public.

Overview as of October, 2024

• The new Red Devil Drive is paved.

• Masonry is ongoing.

• Site is close to having on grade slabs poured.

• Sod for the ball fields will be installed in early October.

• The floor in the auditorium is beginning to be poured.

• Masonry is beginning in the gym.

• Utilities on Red Devil Drive will be tied to 400 South.

• The gas line for the new building is being installed.

• Bird Park- baseball and softball fields are progressing.

  • Concrete on site is at 80% complete.

  • Landscaping and turf are beginning.

• The roundabout on Red Devil Drive is complete.

• The new student parking lot is complete.

Overview as of July, 2024

• All trades, except cabinetry, are working on the new building.

• Dirt is continuing to be moved.

• Pipes are being run.

• The fences at Bird Park are being installed.

• The announcer's booth have been painted.

• Baseball field will be CLOSED until the project is complete.

• The new parking lot and new Red Devil Drive roundabout will be completed by August 10th.

• The roundabout will be under construction on Red Devil Drive throughout the summer. That road will be closed for the majority of the summer.

Overview as of June, 2024

• Fencing is beginning to be installed around the baseball field.

• Site concrete on the softball field is beginning.

• Masonry for the dugout on the softball field is beginning. 

• Baseball field will be CLOSED until the project is complete.

• The roundabout on Red Devil Drive will begin on June 10th and will be under construction throughout the summer. 

• Red Devil Drive will be closed for the majority of the summer.

• The new parking lot and the new Red Devil Drive roundabout will be completed by August 10th.

• There are two small parking lots that have been paved.

• The school is progressing well.

• Grading is complete on the baseball and softball fields.

• Landscaping around the fields is beginning this month.

• The bidding process for Pack #3 is complete and pending approval from the Board.

• The concrete pad is progressing.

• Irrigation piping through Bird Park is beginning.

• Masonry, concrete and electrical are all continuing.

• Beginning to work with the city on preparing for the roadway on 400 South.

• Beginning masonry.

• Construction pad is 100% complete.

• Irrigation piping is 75% complete.

• Footings and floors are continuing to be poured.

• Coordination with Springville City on Bird Park plans (Bld Pack #3) are being finalized.

• The school is approximately 17% complete.
