Mr. B (Bingham), our school counselor, was awarded the "PTA Service in Action Award" for the outstanding service he gives at Westside Elementary. Mr. B is kind and caring. He knows each of the students at Westside and goes out of his way to make them feel comfortable and welcome. As a matter of fact, he can be found each morning greeting the students as they arrive at school and saying goodbye as the students board the bus each night. Mr. B goes into classes and teaches lessons about Respect, Responsibility, Honesty and all the ways to be a good citizen. Westside would not be the same without Mr. B and his warm, loving smile.
