Free Summer Meals
Reminder: The last day for free meals at Westside is Friday, May 22!
The Utah Food Bank is offering the Free Summer Meals Program again this year in four of Nebo School District communities. This year will be a drive-thru program with two meals provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Who: Youth up to 18 years
What: Free Healthy Lunch
Dates: Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, June 1 - August 14
Congratulations to Dalis Neel, the winner of our school "Water Conservation Poster Contest." Her poster went on to be a state winner and will be used on the state conservation calendar. She was the recipient of $100 and $150 was awarded to Westside ELementary. Way to go, Dalis!
Next week we will be have a "Wave and Cheer" pick-up at the school. This will be the day you can return your Chromebooks (and cord), library books, take home library books (and other things that belong to the school). The best part will be waving at your teacher as you pickup your belongings. The schedule will go as follows.
We ask that you stay in your cars and let the teacher bring your belongings to you.
