International Children's Day is a public holiday observed in some countries on June 1st. We are celebrating it during the month of May. The origin of this holiday goes back to 1925 when representatives from different countries met in Geneva, Switzerland to convene the first "World Conference for the Wellbeing of Children".
Throughout May, we will post photographs of faculty and staff from their elementary days. The photos will be on our Facebook Page and Instagram Page. Have fun guessing who they are and see how many you recognize! (The photos are also displayed outside of the cafeteria.)
