ONLINE Registration opened July 25, 2019. Please see our website Westside.nebo.edu/registration to complete this process. Elementary "face-to-face" Registration will be held on July 31, 2019 (computers will be provided at the school). If you complete registration ONLINE, there is no need to come to Elementary Registration unless you are new to Westside or a new Kindergarten student. Teacher assignment(s) will be available 8-01-19 (PM) using Aspire SIS. For Kindergarten students, you may indicate AM or PM in the "notes" section of your online registration.
RevTrak will be available ONLINE to pay: School donations, PTA Memberships, and lunch money. (There is no service fee pay online with RevTrak.)
Free and Reduced Lunch Information (Free and Reduced Meals must be applied for new each year)
Walk-in Registration: July 31, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- For those who did not complete ONLINE registration and need to use our computers
- For first-time Westside students required to bring documentation, e.g., birth certificate, immunizations, two (2) proofs of residency.
- For returning students with changes to custody, medical or residency status. (Please bring documentation.)
Summer Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-1:00pm, CLOSED Friday. Office will be open July 31, 2019 from 8:00am-4:00pm for "face-to-face" registration.
Open House: Friday, August 16, 2019 from 2:00-3:30 pm
Kindergarten Open House: Friday, August 23, 2019 2:00-3:30 pm
First Day of School: Monday, August 19, 2019 (Since this is a Monday, it is early out day. School is out at 2:30.)
Kindergarten First Day: Monday, August 26, 2019 (Since this is a Monday, it is early out day. Please check schedule for times.)
