This week the sixth grade classes at Westside were visited by the Living Planet Aquarium. They learned about ecosystems as they played a game simulating the life of a turtle and discussed the effect of animals on their habitats. The kids also saw and had the chance to pet a three-banded armadillo, an African pygmy hedgehog, a Bredli carpet python, and a giant cave cockroach.
