Jan. 16-30th - Teacher chooses a day and holds own Classroom Spelling Bee & 1 Winner.
Jan. 30th 3:00 pm - Classroom Spelling Bee Winners announced.
Feb. 20th 9:30-11:30am - School-Wide Spelling Bee
The Reyes Magos made it to Sra. Diez's classroom and left a small gift for all of her students. They also brought a yummy Rosca de Reyes.

These 3rd graders, in the Dual Immersion program, are preparing for the coming Celebration of the 3 Kings Day held on January 6th. Sra. Salmeron's students made the shoes and went outside to find some grass for the camels. (Kind of hard because of the snow but they founded some.). Let's see what the Kings Men will bring on Monday!

6th graders participated in the Hour of Code through http://www.code.org. They are learning how to do computer coding and LOVE it! Isn’t technology the BEST?

We will have 1 day a week of clubs on Tuesdays. Clubs start on January 15 and run through February 26. They hare held from 3:15 - 4:30. Signups for the clubs will be on Tuesday monring, Jan 8, from 8:00 am - 9:00 am. Students brought home the information this week.
Art Club has room for 15 students.
Science Club has room for 20 students.

January, 2019 SEP Sign up: Please follow the link below and sign up under your student's teacher. If you are signing up more than one student, leave a ten minute gap between times. The times available are from 3:30 - 800 pm.
Please note: The sign-up opens on Thursday, Jan. 3 at 8:00 a.m.
Students return to school on January 2.
