Welcome to Westside, Mrs. Kim! We are very excited to have her at Westside.
Hello, my name is Jill Kim. I am so excited to be coming to Westside elementary as a new lunch transporter and lunch lady! I've been a lunch lady for 8 years and enjoy it. I also love being with my family, husband of 28 years and four children and two grandchildren so far. I enjoy skiing, horse riding, and traveling, but my favorite thing now is illustrating and writing in my spare time.
Mr. Talbot is our New Head Custodian. We are so happy to have him at Westside! He met most of our students in May and he looks forward to having them back.

Hi! My name is Emma Olson. I’m so excited to be a third grade teacher at Westside! I graduated from UVU with my bachelor’s degree in elementary education and love every minute I get to be in the classroom! When I’m not teaching I like to spend my time outside enjoying nature or spending time with my husband and family. I feel so lucky to be a part of the Westside community! Go Wildcats!
Hello! My name is Michaela Bates and I am the new Kindergarten teacher. I graduated from BYU in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Family Studies. I am originally from the sunny state of Florida but have lived in Utah for the last 7 years. I love the mountains but would choose the beach over mountains any day! My husband and I recently moved to Springville with our two sons and have fallen in love with this community ever since. I am so excited to be a part of Westside!
