Sra. Bartholomew's class has been getting ready for tomorrow's puppet show from Lecturas de Calle. They are so excited!
The fifth graders had their state parade yesterday. The whole school was able to see the impressive parade "floats." They did a great job on the floats.
The sixth graders went to the Springville Rec Center to swim. The weather was great while they walked to the Rec Center. They had a wonderful time!
Third graders worked hard to pass off their multiplication facts. Making their own pizza is a tradition. Parents donated the ingredients and helped the kids.
Mrs. Liechty's 1st grade class had a fun “Quiet As a Mouse Day!” We made headbands, puppets, mouse families out of our fingerprints and wrote about our families. Mrs. Liechty gave us a chance to share our story with the class. We also were as quiet as a mouse the whole day!
Students are able to log into EPIC! this summer for free. It's a great way to read books for $3.00!
Mrs Liechty's class described Pop Rocks using adjectives. They described how they tasted, felt, sounded, and looked. Then they wrote about it. It was a fun way to expand our adjective vocabulary!
Mrs. Maguet's class took advantage of the nice weather to go outside and paint. Art and fresh air, what could be better?
