Meditation

Submitted by arlene.haymond on

A parent from Mrs. Crook’s class, Mrs. Rammell, came and taught meditation and mindful guided imagery to the class. The students learned the importance of being calm, relaxing and looking at their inner self. Many commented on how relaxed and calm they felt and how much they wanted to repeat this regularly. It was an enlightening and wonderful experience!
