El Día de los Muertos
On Friday, November 2, the Spanish Dual Immersion classes at Westside enjoyed celebrating 'El Dia de los Muertos' (The Day of the Dead). The students were invited to make an altar to remember a loved one who has passed away. They also enjoyed ‘Pan de Muerto’ (Bread of the Dead) and some of the Spanish teachers dressed up.

Halloween Parade
We had a phenomenal parade this afternoon! Parents and families were treated to amazing costumes. We absolutely loved having so many parents and other family members help with class parties and coming for the parade. We couldn't do it without them!
